• Provide career assessment and advice as required. For example, develop a career/job search action plan; explore issues such as further training and education.
• Review and help update résumé.
• Discuss job search and interview skills.
3. For the remaining staff members:
• Debriefing and support services to help staff members understand the process and communicate any anxiety they have about the process.
